New PASSION Recording -- Our Love Is Loud

Live Disc Features All-New Worship Songs From Chris Tomlin, Charlie Hall, & David Crowder Band.

Nashville, TN - With over 700,000 units sold to date, Passion continues its groundbreaking worship music efforts on April 9, 2002, with the release of Our Love Is Loud, an all-new live album from sixstepsrecords featuring respected artist/worshippers Chris Tomlin, Charlie Hall, and the David Crowder Band. Showcasing highlights from the recent Passion Experience Tour, including nine songs never before available, the project will reach its growing audience through internet, college campus, and retail marketing.

Summarizing the theme of Our Love Is Loud, Passion founder and executive producer Louie Giglio explains, "Passion is calling out a generation to live with a radical desire for God's glory, moved by all of who He is to spread His fame to the ends of the earth. More than a concert, The Passion Experience is a journey to the heart of God."

Produced by Tom Laune (Michael W. Smith's Worship) and Nathan Nockels (Phillips, Craig & Dean, Watermark), Our Love Is Loud threads together distinct extended musical passages from each featured artist. Tomlin offers six tracks including his heart-stirring new "Famous One" and fresh interpretations of Delirious' "My Glorious," Tim Hughes' "Here I Am To Worship," and 2002 Song of the Year Dove Award nominee "God of Wonders." Hall's four performances raise the bar of worship intensity; most notably on his new composition "Sweep Me Away." The David Crowder Band shares three songs including the definitive title cut which Crowder wrote after experiencing the spirit-filled excitement of Passion's One Day event held in May of 2000, where over 40,000 students from all over the world gathered for one day of prayer and worship.

"Passion has been a big part of my shaping, how it really encourages the stripping away of self to full repentance," Crowder says, setting up an explanation of "Our Love Is Loud." "There were so many people in that one place of worship, I simply wanted to thank God for the experience and ask, 'Did that connect with you?'"
