Video a Resource for Confronting Promotion of Homosexuality in Schools
by Jim Brown

(AgapePress) A new video demonstrates how the homosexual agenda is being aggressively directed toward children in schools, mainline churches, and youth culture.

The 38-minute documentary from the pro-family group Mission: America is called "No Tolerance for Truth: What Our Children Are Learning About Homosexuality." The video uncovers the methods homosexual activists are using to foist their agenda on public school children.

Mission: America founder and president Linda Harvey says the video details how groups like the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) and Parents, Families, and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) are promoting the full acceptance of homosexuality, bisexuality, and gender confusion through cross-dressing and other kinds of sexuality distortions.

Harvey says experts in the video discuss the disturbing push to establish homosexual clubs in as many schools as possible.

"We now know that there are well over 1,000 -- [and] reportedly up to 1,500 or 1,600 -- homosexual clubs in schools in the United States. These are mostly high schools; some are middle schools," Harvey says. "But when [a club moves into a school], student activists can start promoting their agenda. And the other students, of course, see this as acceptance of homosexuality for them as well."

Harvey says the video also tells how some teachers, parents, and students are actively opposing those who promote a lifestyle that causes disease and early death.

"There have been some real successes in the country when parents do stand up to this, especially when they enlist other parents and they expose what is going on," she says. "There are a number of places where the so-called 'gay education' is stopped, and we do cover that [in the video] to some extent. We also give resources, however, at the end for parents and grandparents and citizens to get more information about what they can do."
